ALAN WILCOXSON - Pilot Resident
of Shelton, Connecticut. He has a B.S. - Toxicology, M.S. - Political Science,
M.A. - MilitaryScience, M.S. - Strategic Studies. He is currently employed
as a Captain with the Stratford Police Department. Captain Wilcoxson has
23 years active and reserve duty in the U.S. Army, including over2,000
hours in Apache, Chinook, Blackhawk, Huey and Cobra helicopters. He is currently
a Colonel with the Connecticut Army National Guard and has commercial rotary
wing/instrument ratings. He is a Senior Army Aviator as well as a decorated
veteran of OIF and the Gulf War and a recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross.
Colonel Wilcoxson is currently serving our country in Iraq with an expected return
date tothe Eagle One Program by May 2009.
TOM MILLER - Director/President,
Pilot Currently
Chief Executive Officer and Director of Operations of Gama Charters Inc. located
in Stratford, CT. Gama Charters Inc. is an FAA certified Air Carrier
that manages and operates 40 plus corporate jet aircraft worldwide. He
has undergraduate degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Air Transportation
Management as well as a Juris Doctor Degree. He is licensed to practice
law in Connecticut, The District of Columbia as well as the Federal Court
System. Prior to working with Gama Charters Inc. Tom practiced Business
and Aviation law while concurrently working as a Lear-Jet pilot. He has
been employed by Gama Charters Inc. since 1985. Tom is both fixed wing
and rotorcraft rated and has accumulated over 10,000 accident and incident
free flight hours as Pilot in Command in Citation, Learjet, Westwind, Gulfstream
III & IV,
BAC 1-11 and DC-9 type jet aircraft.
CHARLES BRADY – Vice
President /Crew member
Mr.
Brady has over 40 years experience in the support and testing of both fixed wing
and Helicopter systems. 22 years with the U.S. Army as an Aircraft Maintenance
Officer, and 20 years with Sikorsky Aircraft. Charlie holds BS degrees
from both the University of Maryland and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
with a major in Professional Aeronautics Management and a MBA from Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University with a major in Business Administration.
DAVID H FAILE Jr. – Treasurer/Pilot Retired
from AT&T
and a pilot for 47 years. He is rated in both fixed wing (power & glider)
and helicopters with over 5,000 hours. A Certificated Flight Instructor since
1965, he was one of the very first to qualify as a Master Flight Instructor and
has held that distinction continuously since 1998. He was the 1999 National Flight
Instructor of the Year. David is also rated as a Federal Aviation Administration
Mechanic for Airframe and Powerplants as well as being an FAA Safety Team Member.
He has also built several award winning aircraft.
LYNNE
A. THIBAULT Is a former undercover agent and private
investigator. She came to Eagle
1 while working as an Operations Liasion for a local aviation business. Presently
an EMT & chief of her EMS corp, she also holds her CDL license, & a
number of certifications. Lynne is completing her rescue technician core
trainings, while attaining her Criminal Justice degree. Lynne has been
with Eagle 1 since 2002 as the administrative secretary, EMT, & Crew Chief.
CHRIS McNEILL - Chief Pilot Chris
started his flying more than 11 years ago as a private pilot after
getting bit by the flying bug he then went into the commercial world. After
starting his own aviation business, operating, managing and flying
with his own aircraft performing various types of services over the years he
was given the Igor Sikorsky Humanitarian Award for supporting the Army Corps
of Engineers in flying engineers to survey the breaks in the Levees
and seeing to the repairs after Hurricane Katrina, he really defined a spot
though specializing in helicopter parachuting. Chris started volunteering to
fly Eagle One in 2002 in all types of missions from offshore diver insertions
to SRT team deployment to search and rescue missions. He has attended Factory
training from Bell,Eurocopter,MD,and Robinson Helicopters flying models
such as the Bell UH1H, B,superB,407, JetRanger,AS350B2,BA, MD500D, E,S76, Hiller
UH12E, 300C, R22 After perusing his own business venture he now works the busy
New York City area daily flying charters.
JEFFREY P. PINO – Pilot, was named President
of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. on March 8, 2006. He previously served as Senior
Vice President for Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Commercial Programs.
He joined Sikorsky in February 2002 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Commercial Programs. Previously, Mr. Pino spent 17 years with Bell Helicopter
Textron where he last served as Senior Vice President. He joined Bell in 1985
and held various positions within the company including Vice President of Sales
and Marketing, Executive Director for Europe, Director for Latin America, and
Regional Manager for South America. Previous assignments also included Program
Manager for the Bell Helicopter Team bidding on the LHX competition, and Program
Manager for the production of the Kiowa Warrior (OH-58D) and Cobra (AH-1S)
Modernization programs. Mr. Pino is a retired Master Army Aviator and served
in U.S. Army active, Reserve, and National Guard assignments for 26 years.
Positions included U.S. Cavalry assignments both on the ground and in the air
culminating as a development test pilot/project officer specializing in armament
testing at the Yuma Proving Ground. Mr. Pino was the distinguished honor graduate
of the U.S. Army Armor and Aviation Schools he attended. He
is a 1976 graduate of the University of Arizona and completed his Master's
Degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster University in
St. Louis. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the
Fairfield, Westchester County affiliate of INROADS, an organization focused on
preparing and placing high performing minority students in corporate America,
and also serves on the Board of Directors for Bridgeport Hospital, the largest
not for profit hospital in Connecticut. He is a certified airplane and helicopter
instructor pilot and an accomplished aerobatic and air show performer. He
is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese
CRAIG ERWIN - Crew Chief Craig is
a former Marine and served in Vietnam as a machine gunner. He served 27 years
as a Fairfield Police Officer where he was assigned to the Accident Investigation
Unit for the last 12 years he was assigned to the Fairfield Police Marine Unit.
He currently works at Fairfield University with the Department of Public Safety.
He has been a crew member of Eagle 1 since 2001.
ERIC DIAZ - Rescue Technician Manchester
Firefighter, Paramedic; responsible for the training of crewmembers in the
employment, use, & regulation
standards of Eagle 1 rescue equipment and techniques. Experience: 15
years as a Master Sergeant in the New York Air National Guard and an Air Rescue
crewmember, 16 years service. He is also a veteran of Operation Iraqi
Freedom.
JEANETTE EATON – Bell Helicopter Representative/Pilot Jeanette is currently employed by Bell Helicopter Textron as the Regional Manager,
North Atlantic Sales. In this role, Jeanette has the responsibility
for selling Bell Helicopter’s commercial product lines and based out
of Connecticut . She has over 20 years in aviation from Sikorsky Aircraft and
Bell Helicopter, where she has held a variety of positions from engineering,
manufacturing, to program management and sales.
Jeanette holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering,
a master's degree in mechanical engineering, a master's of business administration
degree with a concentration in manufacturing management, as well as graduating
from Harvard Business School in the Executive Management Program, and attending
Darden Business School Program for Leadership Development. She is a helicopter
pilot as well as a fixed wing, commercial instrument rated pilot.
FRANK EANNOTTI Crew Chief Resident of Stratford Connecticut. He has an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. He was previously employed with the Cheshire Police Department where he served as a Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor and member of the department SWAT team. He is currently employed as a Lieutenant with the Stratford Police Department. Lieutenant Eannotti holds collateral duties as a Field Training Coordinator, Firearms Instructor and commander the department Special Response Team. He is a veteran of the United States Navy where he served as an air crewman with Patrol Squadron Eight (VP-8) and the Master Augment Unit (VP-MAU). He has also served with the Connecticut National Guard.
